In 2011, First Texas Homes forged a new partnership that expanded its ability to offer environmentally sustainable, cost-effective homes to buyers across the state. The company announced that it would begin working with Electrolux Major Appliances to install energy-efficient appliances for all of its new homeowners.
Electrolux is well known for its Molteni brand, which has garnered acclaim from chefs around the world and received the ENERGY STAR Excellence Award. Molteni became a new premium appliance option for all First Texas homeowners, offered as an upgrade alongside the Frigidaire Professional series, while Frigidaire Gallery appliances remained a standard feature across all properties. Commenting on the business relationship, Electrolux general manager Johnny Cope described it as a “perfect fit,” noting the commitment of both companies to provide quality products that add new levels of convenience to customers’ lives.
